- Delivery Area: We currently serve customers with delivery only in Sydney, Australia. If you are located outside our service area, please contact us before placing an order to discuss special arrangements.
- Delivery Time: We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, and you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days from the date of your order.
- Shipping Partners: We collaborate with trusted shipping partners to provide efficient delivery services for products except frozen & bulky products. We can ship it with our shipping partners Australia-wide. Standard and express shipping options are available.
- Shipping Fees: Delivery is free Sydney-wide for orders over $70.00. Shipping fees are determined by the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process. Orders over a specified amount may be eligible for free shipping.
- Shipping of Frozen and Bulky Items: Kindly be aware that we exclusively offer delivery of frozen and bulky items within the Sydney area due to logistical limitations. These items are not available for shipping beyond the Sydney region.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please contact us for any issues.
- Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your order, we will seek your permission to leave your order in a safe place. Otherwise, a redelivery fee of $10.00 will be applied to all further delivery attempts.
